Shipping policy

Currently we ship to the USA only. For all domestic orders received, we will get your shipment out within 1-2 business day from the time you place an order.  Should we incur any delay in shipping your item, we will contact you via email and let you know.  Any orders received passed 2pm CST or over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed starting the next business day.  Please keep in mind that estimated shipping times do not include processing times. 

Commonly asked questions:

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

  • Yes, however shipping options are limited to standard USPS ground shipping. UPS and expedited shipping options are unavailable at this time.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, you will receive automatic shipping confirmation once your order has left our warehouse. 

Can I change my shipping address?

  • If the order has not yet shipped out, please contact us immediately at customerservice@vilanapparel.com and we will do our best to update your shipping address. If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, then the customer will be required to pay a $10 reprocessing fee to re-send the package to the corrected address, if the package is returned to our warehouse "return to sender".  We are not responsible for shipping addresses that are mis-typed or filled in incorrectly due to missing apartment number, suite number, etc. If the package is not returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we are unable to re-fill the order. 

Tracking says my package arrived, however I have not received it?

  • Please first refer to the shipping address the order was placed with. If this is correct, please next refer to the tracking information through the shipping carrier's website.  
  • Shipping issues are not common, however they do occasionally occur. Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse and is given to the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, damages or missed deliveries.  
  • You will need to refer to the USPS and UPS carrier policies for lost/stolen packages. They will require a free account creation, proof of purchase (such as an online receipt), tracking information, etc.
  • We do carry a small amount of shipping insurance on some of our packages. Therefore, we may be able to open up a claim as well. Please reach out and we will let you know. 

Shipping costs of orders are of the responsibility of the customer.
